ALIGNMENT
Coaching is a professional relationship built on trust, psychological safety, and a shared commitment to client growth. Interseed Coaching provides personal and professional development, and reflective services; these are not medical or healthcare services. This organization does not act as a licensed healthcare provider under HIPAA. While the coaching process facilitates deep work on personal and professional goals, the Client remains fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
SCHEDULING
Because session times are reserved exclusively for the Client, Interseed Coaching encourages a practice of mutual respect regarding the calendar. While the standard policy requests at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling, Interseed Coaching understands that unexpected challenges or emergencies can arise. In such events, Clients are encouraged to reach out to discuss reasonable accommodations to support their continued progress.
PRIVACY
Client trust is the foundation of the Interseed Coaching practice. Our coaches utilize commercially reasonable security practices, including encrypted storage and password-protected devices, to safeguard personal and professional information shared during the engagement. While every effort is made to protect client data, visitors and clients are advised that standard email and text messaging carry inherent privacy risks and should be used for sensitive topics at their own discretion. All confidentiality commitments are aligned with the International Coaching Federations' Code of Ethics and professional coaching standards.

This organization is committed to fostering a coaching environment that honors the diverse identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences of every client. The practice is dedicated to equitable access and inclusive dialogue, recognizing that systemic barriers can impact a client’s journey toward growth. Interseed Coaching strives to provide an accessible experience for all and continually works to integrate justice-informed perspectives into the coaching process. Every individual is welcomed with the intention of creating a space that is not only safe but restorative and empowering.

During the engagement, clients may receive access to proprietary coaching tools and methodologies developed by Interseed Coaching. These resources are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. To protect the integrity and value of the coaching process, clients agree not to redistribute, reproduce, or create derivative works from these materials without prior written consent. By using this site, you also acknowledge that coaching is a personal development service and not a substitute for medical care.
